Thank you for a great 2024 Annual Awards Dinner & Casino Night
The Greater Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce celebrated its members' achievements at the 2024 Awards Dinner & Casino Night on Friday, January 17th. The elegant evening began at 6:00 pm at the Magnolia Event Center, where guests enjoyed a prime rib dinner catered by The Meating Place.
Judge Vince Santini served as master of ceremonies for the awards presentation, which honored recipients of the prestigious Ambassador of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Business of the Year, and Chairman's Awards. The ceremony also included the installation of the 2025 Board of Directors.
In addition to the awards, attendees tried their luck at various casino games, making for a memorable evening of celebration and community recognition.

2023 Award Winners
Our 2023 Awards Banquet was held on Thursday evening, January 26th beginning at 5:30pm at the Magnolia Event Center. We awarded our prestigious Ambassador of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Business of the Year and Chairman's Awards!
The Charlie Riley Band provided the entertainment for the evening and we enjoyed a boot-scootin' time as we celebrated our annual award winners!

Business Of The Year
The Greater Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce’s Business of the Year award recognizes notable entrepreneurial and business accomplishments. Chamber members may nominate or self-nominate eligible businesses for this award based on the following criteria. The Board of Directors selects the final recipient from all nominations.
- Nominee must be an active business.
- Nominee must be a member in good standing with the Greater Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce.
- Nominee must have been in business for at least 3 years.
- Nominee must have demonstrated one or more of the following characteristics:
- Nominee must support community and charitable organizations
- Nominee must support GMPCC events and functions
New Business Of The Year - New for 2023!
The Greater Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce’s Business of the Year award recognizes notable entrepreneurial and business accomplishments. The Dona Hunt Volunteer Of The Year
The Greater Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce annually honors an individual for their commitment to outstanding volunteerism and making a difference in the Greater Magnolia Parkway Chamber business community. The Volunteer of the Year Award recognizes one outstanding volunteer for their valuable and selfless commitment to the growth and vitality of the Greater Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce.
The Travis D. Whitaker Chairman's Award
The Greater Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce’s Chairman’s Award is the organization’s pinnacle award designed to honor one community leader who has made significant contributions to the quality of life in our Greater Magnolia Parkway community. The Chairman’s Award recognizes an outstanding individual who has demonstrated leadership in the community beyond the Chamber and impacted the lives and livelihoods of many across the community. These individuals will have greatly advantaged their companies and indeed the community as a whole with their selfless contributions of time and leadership as a whole.
