GMPCC Government Affairs Council
Work with local community business leaders to shape and influence laws and regulations affecting business in our community.
You may not be aware, but your Chamber is a member of both the US Chamber and the Texas Association of Business (TAB), both of whom work to keep our economy strong and viable. You may want to check out what the US Chamber has to say HERE, and what TAB is working on HERE. Please understand that while we are a member of these organizations, your Chamber does not always subscribe to their position on any particular issue and may even oppose a stance taken on a certain legislative item. Questions? Contact GAC chair Tavis Moffatt (Moffatt Eye Care), (346) 386-0100 or Sandy Barton, 281-356-1488.
