The Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce held their monthly Networking Lunch which included the installation of Directors and Officers for 2016. Montgomery County Precinct 2 Commissioner Charlie Riley performed the swearing in ceremony. The new Directors are Kendrick Skipper, Chick fil-A; Dawn Piat, Sundown Window Tinting; and Tabitha Cameline, Prime Path Financial. The Magnolia Parkway Chamber board of directors is comprised of 11 business and community leaders. Remaining board members are 2016 Chair Candy Emmerich, First Financial Bank; Trish Cooper, Patricia Cooper Insurance; Deborah Rose Miller, J Properties; Judy Bode, Klein Wealth Management; Dr. Mark Escott, Montgomery County Public Health District; Travis Bryant, Texas Renaissance Festival and Bill Gervasi, Edward Jones.
“We are pleased to attract talented professionals to our board and this year is no exception! I am excited with the progress made last year which has set a clear course for our Chamber to move forward this year,” said Chamber President Kelly Hamann.
Commissioner Riley also provided a brief update on the Montgomery County Road Bond which included estimated construction schedule for the approved roadways.
